Personal Trainer

Jason has earned his Personal Training Certificate in NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medecine), to give you the ultimate workout!

As a Graduate Assistant at East Central University Jason was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for all of the sports teams and earned his Certificate in USAW (USA Weight Training).

In College Jason Gaines was a two year starter as a tight end at Southwestern Community College in Chula Vista, Ca. After Southwestern College Jason earned a scholarship to East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Jason played tight end and started for the two years that he was at East Central University.

At East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma Jason majored in Kinesiology and minored in History and earned his Bachelors Degree.

In High School Jason was three year starter on the football and basketball teams and earned many awards on both sports teams!  

Jason will help you achieve your goals whether it is to lose weight, increase your muscle volume, or improve your overall fitness and he is passionate in helping you and the people around him.
